Having trouble accessing your digital products? Follow the steps below.

Step 2: Access via your order

You can also find your download link by visiting your order history and clicking on your order.

Step 3: Re-send your download link

If your link has expired or you can't locate it, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it promptly.

• On iPad or tablet, use GoodNotes, Notability, or your preferred PDF app.
• Ensure your browser is up to date if downloading directly.
