📥 Downloads & Delivery
How do I download my purchase?
After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a download link — typically within 60 seconds of purchase. Your download link also appears instantly on your order confirmation page. Click the link, save the file to your device, and you're ready to go.
When will I receive my digital product?
Instantly. There's no waiting — your file is available for download the moment your payment is confirmed. Check your email inbox (and spam folder if you can't find it) for your order confirmation.
I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, log in to your account and visit My Downloads to access your files directly. Still having trouble? Contact us at pureauraofficial26@gmail.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
Do my download links expire?
No. You have lifetime access to your purchases. You can re-download your files anytime — there's no expiry date.
📱 Compatibility & Devices
What devices does this work on?
All Stacked Days products are PDF files, which means they work on virtually any device: iPad, iPhone, Android tablet, Android phone, laptop, desktop computer, and Mac. If it can open a PDF, it works.
Does it work with GoodNotes?
Yes — all products are fully compatible with GoodNotes 5 and GoodNotes 6. Simply open GoodNotes, tap the + button, select Import, and choose your file. You can then write on every page with your Apple Pencil exactly as you would on paper.
Does it work with Notability?
Yes. Open Notability, create a new note, and import your PDF. You can annotate, write, and highlight anywhere on the page.
Do I need a tablet to use these?
No. You can use these on any device. On a laptop or desktop, use any PDF reader and type or annotate digitally. Or simply print the pages and use them with a pen.
🖨️ Printing
Can I print these?
Yes. All Stacked Days products include a print-ready version. You can print the whole journal, or just the pages you want. We recommend printing on standard A4 or US Letter paper at home or at your local print shop.
What paper size should I print on?
Each product comes in both A4 (for Australia, UK, and Europe) and US Letter (for the US and Canada). Choose the one that matches your printer and paper.
🔄 Refunds & Reuse
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once downloaded. If you have a problem with your file (corrupt, wrong file, missing pages), contact us and we will fix it immediately.
Can I share my file with others?
Your purchase is for personal use only. Please don't share, resell, or distribute the files — each copy is licensed to the individual buyer.
Can I reuse a product after I've filled it in?
Yes — re-import a fresh copy into GoodNotes at any time and start again, or print fresh pages. Your lifetime access means you can do this as many times as you like.

What's the difference between journals and planners?
Journals are prompt-based — they guide you through reflection, mindset work, and self-exploration. Planners are structure-based — they give you frameworks for organising your goals, time, and habits. Many customers use both together as a complete daily system.
Are the bundles worth it?
Yes — bundles save you between $55 and $81 compared to buying individually, and every product in a bundle is designed to work together as a cohesive system.
Do you sell physical products?
No. Stacked Days is digital products only. Everything is an instant PDF download — nothing is shipped to you.
Will products be updated in the future?
Yes — your lifetime access includes all future updates. If we improve a product you've purchased, you can re-download the updated version at no extra cost.
